Who I work with:

Adults / Groups

My clinical work centres on what I describe as conscious transition, the psychological process of integrating who you have been with who you are becoming. Shaped by an international professional path, my practice integrates three complementary dimensions: Depth Psychology | Archetypal & Symbolic Work | Somatic Awareness This framework allows for a therapeutic process that is both intellectually rigorous and experientially grounded. For over a decade, I have worked with individuals navigating significant life transitions, including: -career evolution and professional redefinition -cultural relocation and expatriation -midlife psychological shifts -changes in intimate relationships -separation, restructuring, and new relational beginnings Life transitions often bring ambiguity, restlessness, or a sense of internal dislocation. “Rather than treating these experiences as dysfunction, I approach them as developmental thresholds.” Therapy becomes a space for reflection, integration, and the reorganisation of identity at a deeper level.

Who I work with:

Adults, Teens

Growing up on the Kent border of southeast London, I now live in Horsham in West Sussex, nestled between the gentle North and South Downs. Before working as a therapist, my work background began in the business and management world and then in health within the NHS. I later obtained extensive experience of working with young people, including those on the autistic spectrum, within a multidisciplinary team in social care. I have a wide range of counselling experience prior to and in my own private practice and am passionate about our natural world, and how this puts into perspective our lives, and how we relate to others and the wider world The present moment is the only moment that is really happening. Having completed the Advanced Diploma in Integrated Psychotherapy I use various other modalities that fit well with transactional analysis, and will work with you using a transactional analysis relational school approach but incorporating within my work concepts from wider transactional analytical fields. I tailor these concepts for each individual client to what you feel you need, and indeed what is right for you - you are unique. I hold certificates in working with creativity, interpersonal neurobiology and working with the body; to summarize the significance of this, it addresses the whole self with body and mind connection. My passion is the power of nature and I hold a certificate in Taking Therapy Outside - understanding therapeutic practice in outdoor natural spaces. My local outside therapy space is held at a nature reserve.

At times, we all notice that the strategies that once helped us cope no longer feel sufficient. You may feel stuck in patterns of stress, withdrawal, over-control, or simply pushing through, even when something inside knows change is needed. Perhaps you are functioning well outwardly but privately feel disconnected, frustrated, or unsure of who you are beneath the roles you perform. My work is for anyone seeking to understand these patterns and create meaningful, reflective change. Together, we explore how experiences from the past shape your present, and discover ways to live with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity. With a background in rugby and working with people from performance-driven environments, I understand the pressures of identity, discipline, and expectation that many carry. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and relational, a space where you don’t have to perform or justify yourself, and can explore experiences openly, at your own pace. I work with clients at the Wellness Hub in Falmouth, Cornwall, and online throughout the UK. I work using Transactional Analysis, an evidence-informed talking therapy that helps you reflect on how past experiences shape your current patterns. Together, we gently examine these influences and explore ways to make meaningful changes that feel authentic and sustainable. My approach is relational and reflective, supporting you to build awareness, insight, and practical strategies for living with more confidence, balance, and fulfilment. Whether your goals involve improving relationships, managing stress, understanding yourself more deeply, or navigating life transitions, therapy is tailored to your needs.

Who I work with:

Adults/Individuals/Couples

I've journeyed through life like many of you, experiencing the ebbs and flows of relationships. Whether they're with family, friends, or partners, these relationships weave into the fabric of our lives, shaping who we are, how we feel, and how we interact with the world. After personally feeling the transformational power of therapy, I was inspired to retrain as a Therapist. Today, I'm here to offer that same opportunity for change and growth to you. I create a safe, welcoming space for adults and couples, whether you need a quick chat to navigate a tough situation or an ongoing conversation to dig a little deeper into the roots of your feelings. My mission is to help you feel not just better, but empowered—ready to embrace life's rollercoaster with resilience and self-confidence. Perhaps you're facing a specific hurdle, like a hiccup at work or a glitch in your relationship. In that case, we could explore counseling—a shorter journey focused on resolving your immediate challenges. Or maybe you're yearning to understand yourself on a deeper level, looking to connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Then, we could embark on a longer voyage with Psychotherapeutic work. Together, we'll untangle the threads of your childhood experiences and how they echo in your present. My speciality lies in helping you heal from the scars of childhood trauma, navigate through the stormy waters of loss and grief, manage the dark clouds of anxiety and depression, and smooth out relationship wrinkles. I use a mix of therapeutic approaches, including Transactional Analysis (TA), a powerful method that peels back the layers of our psyche, all the way back to our childhood. If needed, I also weave in elements from other modalities to make sure our journey together truly meets your needs.

Who I work with:

Adults (18+)

I am a Transactional Analysis psychotherapist with a trauma-informed and integrative approach. My work combines TA psychotherapy with EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, and polyvagal theory, allowing me to address both the psychological and physiological aspects of trauma and stress. I have a particular interest in working with high-performance clients, including those from military, veteran, elite sport, and leadership backgrounds. Many of the people I work with are highly capable, responsible, and resilient, yet find that long-standing survival strategies no longer serve them. Therapy often involves helping clients understand how early script decisions, ego-state dynamics, and nervous system adaptations continue to shape their current patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. My practice is relational, structured, and collaborative. I place strong emphasis on safety, pacing, and nervous system regulation, recognising that meaningful change requires both stabilisation and deeper psychological integration. EMDR is offered when clinically appropriate and only after adequate preparation, ensuring clients remain within their window of tolerance throughout the work. I aim to provide a thoughtful and boundaried therapeutic space where clients can move beyond survival-based functioning towards greater autonomy, emotional flexibility, and authentic choice in their lives.
