Active, identity-based and relational Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, grounded inside neurodivergent experience rather than observing from a neuronormative distance. The work brings together lived experience, clinical depth and social context to understand what is happening, why it matters, and what might become possible through sustained therapeutic collaboration.

Hi, I am Vauna. I work with neurodivergent adults. My Psychotherapy, Counselling, or Coaching sessions are online using video conferencing via the Writeupp platform.

A concessionary rate of £99 per session is available for people in Transactional Analysis Training (you may be asked to supply evidence of a training contract)

You may bring the difficulties, questions or transitions that have become significant in your life. Together, we explore the pain involved, the meanings and patterns around it, who and what is affected, what has kept it unresolved, and what a more viable way of living might require.

From there, I work as an active contributor and collaborator: thinking with you, offering perspective, making connections, questioning established meanings and attending closely to what emerges between us. Therapy may involve identity, relationships, trauma, masking, burnout, emotional distress, work, creativity, ambition, belonging, conflict or change. It may also support the gradual integration of a fuller understanding of yourself into the way you live, relate and make decisions.

I work particularly with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults, including those identified later in life, self-identifying or still exploring the significance of neurodivergence within their experience.

I am a Certified Transactional Analyst in psychotherapy, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, and I am autistic and ADHD.
