Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, uncertain or difficult to manage alone. Maybe you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties or grief. Or you might be facing fertility challenges, pregnancy or baby loss, pre- or postnatal difficulties, or navigating the emotional complexities of becoming – or deciding whether to become – a parent.

Welcome, I’m Sophie, and I work with adults in South East London – including Hither Green, Lee, Greenwich and Blackheath – and online. I offer a warm, accepting and non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever feels important to you.

My approach is grounded in Relational Transactional Analysis, a form of psychotherapy that explores how past experiences and relationships shape the way we think, feel, behave and relate to others today.

Together, we'll make sense of the patterns that might be keeping you stuck. As those patterns become clearer, you'll have greater choice in how you respond to challenges and how you want to live your life. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.
