About me and my practice:
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationships, trauma, self-esteem or major life transitions. You may also be trying to understand yourself better, particularly around neurodivergence, identity or belonging. Whatever is bringing you to therapy, I aim to offer a warm, inclusive and non-judgemental space where you can slow things down, make sense of what is happening for you and explore what may be keeping you stuck.
I work with adults, children and young people, offering counselling and psychotherapy tailored to your needs. My approach is relational, humanistic and grounded in Transactional Analysis. Together, we can look at the patterns you have developed, how they affect the way you think, feel and relate to yourself and others, and what might help you move towards meaningful change.
My background in education and psychology has shaped the way I understand development, relationships, attachment, identity and difference. Alongside my private practice, I have also worked in charity and community counselling services, supporting people with a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.
I work face to face in Watford and North London, offer Walk and Talk therapy in Watford, and also work online and by telephone with clients across the UK and internationally.
