

UKATA AGM 2026
The UKATA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 will take place in person during the UKATA Annual Conference
Date: Friday 24 April 2026
Time: 17.30 – 19.00
Location: Eastwood Hall, Nottingham, NG16 3SS
The AGM is an important opportunity for the UKATA Council to share an overview of the work carried out on behalf of members over the past year. It is also a chance for members to engage with the Council and take part in the governance of the association.
We hope many of you will be able to join us.
Business of the AGM will include:

Receiving the annual report and accounts

Appointment / reappointment of trustees

Appointment of auditors

Any other business notified in advance
We’re also pleased to have Jon Levett, CEO of UKCP, joining us to discuss the regulation of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Nominations to join UKATA Council
Members are warmly encouraged to consider joining the UKATA Council as a Trustee.
Council members help guide the strategic direction of UKATA and contribute to decisions about priorities, policies and the future development of the organisation.
If you are interested in becoming a Trustee and contributing to the work of UKATA, we would be pleased to hear from you.
In order to be considered at the AGM, Nominations must be submitted by 4 April 2026. However, we welcome interest throughout the year, so please get in touch at any point if you are interested.
Please note that the meeting agenda and supporting documents have been shared with expected attendees.
The UKATA Articles state that the quorum required to hold the AGM is 3% of the membership.
