I am a Certified Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist (CTA-P), and my practice is relational and grounded in Transactional Analysis.

I provide psychotherapy and counselling face-to-face or online, to adults dealing with a range of emotional and relationship problems. I offer a safe, confidential space in which you can explore, understand and manage the impact of whatever is troubling you, to increase self-awareness and give you more choices in life to bring about positive change.

I am passionate about the transformative power of talking therapies and, should you choose to see me, you’ll find that I work in a collaborative way, providing a safe and empathic space, where you can explore some of your difficulties, without feeling overwhelmed by them.

I believe that despite the circumstances that any of us may find ourselves in, we are able, with support, to think about our situation with a view to take chances with new behaviour, leading to an enhanced and more positive experience of life.
