I am an experienced Transactional Analysis practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in personal development, coaching, and therapeutic work.
I combine deep personal and professional experience with the powerful tools and methods of Transactional Analysis to create a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their inner resources. In this space, hidden or previously unaccepted parts of the self can gently come to light and become the foundation for meaningful change and personal transformation.
My approach is relational, systemic, and ecological. I offer both indoor and outdoor therapy, using nature as a powerful co-facilitator in the healing process.
I work collaboratively with clients, focusing on their individual goals while remaining attuned to their needs, pace, and unique process. Many clients find that working outdoors brings a fresh perspective and deeper connection to themselves.
