I offer counselling and TA Psychotherapy. My primary approach is Transactional Analysis and my foundations are based on the TA values of everyone is ok, everyone is capable of making decisions and change is possible.

I have worked with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, worry, relationship issues, addiction, abuse, trauma. I work with adults of all ages and from all cultures and backgrounds.

I aim to provide a safe and confidential space to develop the therapeutic relationship. We will work together to look at behaviour, thoughts and feelings that are current and/or affected by the past. I work with my client to investigate where change is wanted and how to implement that with their own resources and resilience.
