This first ever perinatal psychotherapy conference will be made up of a mixture of group discussions, and workshops (3 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon) on particular topics of the intricacies of fertility; masculinity and fatherhood; couples and family dynamics; the complexities of perinatal mental health, experiences of the existential - grief and loss; and the weight of societal expectations and the unrealistic expectations of self and towards the self.
