Since their conception in the 1960s the 3Ps have been well integrated into the TA community- much later however Tudor (2016) argues that these don’t need to stem from the therapist alone – but can be found rather within the relationship. In this workshop we will explore what we mean by each of the three Ps, what their function/purpose is within psychotherapy work, and how we can consider these as stemming from the relationship rather than from the therapist alone. Throughout this workshop we will be considering practical ways of working with the 3Ps.
