This Diploma in Supervision course is for those who want to enhance their practice by adding Supervision to their portfolio and supervising students and qualified professionals both from their own modality and across other modalities.  

The Link Centre Diploma in Supervision is aligned with the BACP Supervision Core Competencies. The course has a significant component of experiential learning – where students are encouraged to practice supervision skills, reflect on the skills, and bring their own experiences of both client work and supervision. 

Group discussions relating to these skills sessions offer rich opportunities for learning about individual needs, relational dynamics, challenges, and managing the supervision process.
