This five-day online training in trauma counselling will provide practising counsellors and psychotherapists with a detailed understanding of how to work effectively with trauma in therapy and counselling.
In the trauma counselling course you will learn a range of practical techniques and approaches which will enable you to work effectively with clients who have experienced trauma.
The entire range of traumatic experiences, from single-incident and multiple trauma to severe and prolonged trauma and will include protocols for working with trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD.
The trauma therapy course will also explore the impact of different kinds of trauma on the individual and how to work with them effectively in therapy.
