UKATA National Conference

The UKATA National Conference is the flagship event of the UK Association for Transactional Analysis, bringing together practitioners, trainees, members, and all those with an interest in Transactional Analysis for an inspiring and enriching shared experience. This special 3-day gathering provides a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and celebrate all aspects of TA within a vibrant community of like-minded individuals.

Throughout the 3-day conference, attendees can look forward to an engaging and dynamic programme featuring:

  • Inspiring keynote presentations from respected voices in the field

  • A diverse range of workshops spanning all four fields of Transactional Analysis

  • Valuable networking and shared learning opportunities

  • Social events designed to encourage connection and celebration

  • The prestigious UKATA Medals Ceremony

  • Celebration of TA Successes

  • A memorable Gala Dinner

  • The popular Members Forum, offering space to share ideas and shape the future of UKATA

We’ve just wrapped up our most recent conference and are now starting to plan the next one, which will take place on 23–25 April in Peterborough.

If you’re a member, make sure your email address is up to date in your member profile so you receive conference updates directly. If you’re not a member, you’re very welcome to keep an eye on this page – we’ll share updates here as plans develop.

Join us next year for a vibrant and memorable experience filled with learning, reflection, inspiration, and celebration.

Accommodation

Please remember that sleeping accommodation is not included in your conference ticket and must be booked separately.

A discounted rate for bed and breakfast has been negotiated at the conference venue which you can book directly with the hotel from May 2025.  There is limited availability, and rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Booking instructions can be found using the link below.

Conference delegates can also choose to stay in other accommodation in the area.  Details of local accommodation and any UKATA negotiated discounted rates can be found here.

Conference Sponsorship

The Conference will attract up to 200 delegates from all fields of TA including counsellors, organisational consultants, educators, coaches and psychotherapists.

The National Conference is only possible with the generous support of our sponsors both old and new. In return for your sponsorship purchase, you will receive a promotional package that allows you to stand out from your competitors and strongly communicate with your target market.

We are committed to a sustainability agenda, so are eliminating as many paper-based materials as possible this year and instead, will be producing electronic versions of what might usually have been produced in hard copy. Accordingly, the rates for sponsorship packages have been adjusted to recognise this. Please note that a 0.75p booking charge will apply to your purchase.

Book your conference sponsorship package here.
